To book a single class: click the class title in the “Week Of” schedule.
To book a recurring class: note the class time, scroll down, and select “Book Class Recurring.”

Monthly Class Schedule

Before You Book

  • If you’re new to Krasinski Performance, you must complete the New Client Health Intake Form before joining any group class or 1:1 session. Please visit the New Client tab and fill out the form prior to booking.

    • Go to the Scheduling Tab → choose Classes or Individual Sessions.

    • Use the scheduling box to book appointments (creating an Acuity account is recommended).

      • Benefits: save payment info, rebook easily, see upcoming sessions.

    • Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions + Privacy Policy before booking.

    Recurring Classes:

    • Do not use the weekly schedule links.

    • [Click Here] → select your class → choose date/time → make recurring → confirm.

    • You can book multiple recurring appointments for the same service, but not for different services at once.

    Zoom Links:

    • Group & education classes → sent in your confirmation email.

    • 1:1 sessions → Katie will email your link after booking.

    Additional Class Details

    • All classes are conducted via Zoom.

    • Zoom links are sent in your confirmation email after payment.

    • If a class does not have a hyperlink, scroll down to the additional booking module.

    • Schedule is posted before the start of each month.

    • Clicking on a class name in the schedule takes you directly to its booking link.

    • If offered weekly, you can book the class recurring.

    • 🎶 Music may play during most classes, just like an in-person fitness experience.

  • L1 - Beginner Level

    These classes are designed for new exercisers, older adults, or individuals with movement challenges.  Format will have more seated activity.

    L2 - Intermediate Level

    These classes are designed for a range of fitness levels. Katie will offer modifications to accommodate fitness abilities, but it can be assumed that there will be a 50/50 mix of seated and standing movements. Beginners can still feel comfortable in these classes.

    L3 - Advanced Level

    These classes are designed for higher fitness levels and/or prior exercise experience in a similar format. Be expected to have little automatically programmed seated movements and higher intensity demands and advanced exercises.

    Modifications

    Katie adapts movement for every body. Each class has a training style and level, but all can be adjusted. Read Katie’s Coaching Approach page for more information.

    👉 Note:

    • If you’re new or sedentary, start with L1 classes.

    • L3 is not “better” — just more advanced. Choose the level that matches your needs and goals.
