What To Expect In Your First Session

Your first session is all about meeting you where you are. Katie will review your goals, go over any health considerations, and discuss easing into movement at your level. You’ll leave with practical strategies and a tailored plan forward to work on without judgment or pressure. How To Book Your Appointment

Go to the Book Now tab.

  1. Choose either 1-on-1 Sessions or Classes.

  2. In the scheduling box, create an Acuity account (recommended for saving payment info and tracking your sessions).

  3. Confirm your appointment.

  4. For recurring classes, select Book Recurring in the scheduler.

Zoom links are automatically sent in your confirmation email for group classes. For 1-on-1 sessions, I’ll personally email your link after booking.

First Session Prep Tips

Wear something comfortable.

  1. Don’t worry about having fancy equipment—I’ll adapt everything.

  2. Bring water and be ready to move at your pace.

  3. Expect to leave feeling supported, not exhausted.

  4. All you need is a device with a camera, stable internet, and a safe space to move. If you have equipment (like dumbbells, bands, or a chair), we can use it, but it’s not required. Every movement can be adapted.

At Krasinski Performance, we call this your Lifegiving Start.

  • New here? Please complete the New Client Intake Form before your first session. You only need to fill this out once as a new client with Krasinski Performance. After you book an appointment, you’ll also receive a reminder. If you’ve already submitted the form, no need to do it again.

  • If there are no available appointment times and you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email krasinskiperformance@gmail.com

    • Refunds are not available once payment is made.

    • You may reschedule or cancel with 24+ hours notice by emailing: krasinskiperformance@gmail.com.

    • Less than 24 hours → session is forfeited.

  • If you are a new client, please read the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy pages before booking a service.

  • Katie reserves the right to turn down a client if she feels unfit to serve them. She will do her best to support the client in a transition to a better service provider.
