Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
This session is designed to help you build lower body strength using only your bodyweight, in a way that feels steady, controlled, and supportive rather than overwhelming. We’ll focus on standing movements that strengthen the hips, glutes, thighs, and calves while improving balance and stability for everyday life.
How to use this video
You can return to this session anytime you want to feel stronger through your legs without pushing your body too hard. Some people use it a few times a week, others rotate it with other strength or movement sessions.
Before you begin
Move with control and stay within a pain-free range at all times. You’re encouraged to adjust your stance, depth, or pace as needed. If something doesn’t feel right, pause, modify, or rest. You are always in control of your body and your experience.
Optional reflection
After the session, you might ask yourself: Where did I feel more stable or strong in my lower body compared to when I started?
Keep It Lifegiving
